Sveta Marina" Hospital was designed 2011-2013 to create a state-of-the-art environment for advanced technologies in surgery.  Our aim was to apply an analytical and innovative approach to this project as part of a new generation healthcare facilities in Bulgaria. Our work was inspired by an exceptional team of highly qualified consultants.

TEMESIDE HOSPITAL, DEPARTMENT OF LABORATORY MEDICINE, TEAM LEADER

The Building still functions as the Department of Neuroscience within the now much larger umbrella group of Edinburgh Neuroscience both the science laboratories and the clinical Department. It is much loved by its occupants who not only enjoy being in it (and to watch they are now returning after the pandemic}, but also speak of it as much better both functionally and aesthetically than some of the more recently built structures adjacent to the University Medical School.”

Ricard G Morris, D Phil., CBE, FRS, Professor of Neuroscience
